After excelling in the IGCSE program, Faisal Alhosani, Rawan Maki, and Zaina Zuwayed recognized the challenges many students face and were motivated to help others succeed. Drawing from their own experiences, they created the IGCSE Rescue CAS project upon entering the IB program, with the aim of guiding students toward academic success. Their initiative has already made a significant impact, as 70% of the graduating batch achieved grades from A* to C, demonstrating the positive influence of their support in enhancing student outcomes.
The IGCSE Rescue Team is expanding with Reem AlGhatam handling PR and Media, and Yasmine Isa and Abdulla Jamsheed handling Resources. As the next generation of members, they will build on the founders’ mission, further strengthening the project’s resources and outreach to ensure students continue to excel in their IGCSE examinations.
