Yes, there is a written and interview entrance exam for Grade 1 and above in English, Arabic and Math. Grade 9 and above students will be conducting a written exam in Science (Biology, chemistry, physics) along with the previously mentioned subjects.
For Preschool, the parent should record their child in a short video following the instructions provided by the admission team.
Once an application is filled and the required documents are uploaded, the student will be called for an entrance exam. The admission team will provide a feedback approximately 3-5 days post entrance exam date.
Each division will have two homeroom teachers for English and Arabic.

Yes, we only accept Potty trained students. Accidents do happen, so we encourage Preschool parents to have an extra change in their child’s bag clearly labelled with the students’ name.

Students should wear black shoes or trainers for school and sport shoes (any colour) for PE. Trolley bags are not allowed.

Yes, we do have an after school club for an additional fee (For Preschool up to Grade 5)
We follow the MOE curriculum and provide Arabic classes every day. All Arab students should be enrolled in Arabic First Language, whereas, Non-Arab students can choose whether to be enrolled in Arabic Second Language or Arabic First Language.
Non-Arab parents who wish their child to be enrolled in Arabic First Language should sign on an undertaking letter and submit it to the admission department.
ARKIS follows the British Cambridge Curriculum. Grades 9 and 10 students follow the IGCSE, followed by the IBO Diploma curriculum in Grades 11 and 12. All Bahraini students follow the MOE curriculum for Social Studies, Citizenship and Religion.

Seat reservation circular will be sent on Springring every year in order to confirm your child seat for the upcoming academic year. Seat reservation fees is BHD100 which will be deducted from the upcoming first installment fees.
