ARKIS Growth Mindset

What is the GM team?

The concept of believing that your success depends on time and effort. People with a growth mindset believe that their skills, regardless of level, can still be improved and enhanced further with persistence and practice. We believe that giving up is not an option, and there is always room for growth.

Our History

The growth mindset team started the growth journey with its first generation on March 15th, 2021. With a team of only 4 members, the GM team has grown into 6 active members, in its 5th generation! What started as a simple CAS project, ended up being one of the most motivating initiatives, which push our students to develop and maintain a growth mindset.

What we do

The Growth Mindset Team promotes a growth mindset and avoids a fixed mindset. They send a message across the ARKIS community, and outside, to always push through and try their best. The team focuses on spreading this mindset to the community through events such as competitions, workshops, and various games. Remember: together, we grow!
