We are proud to announce that our Acting Head of Elementary School Ms. Afaf Salmeen has participated in The Committee “Women in the Field of Nursery and Kindergarten Roles” of the Supreme Council for Women chaired by H.E. Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Member of the Supreme Council of Women.
The meeting consisted of welcoming the members of the committee, a review of its most important specialties, which include monitoring the basic challenges and needs of women working in the nursery and kindergarten sector, proposing a public policy by developing legislation, executive decisions and administrative regulations to modify the status of workers in this field, and proposing a organizational framework to develop the terms and standards of issuing licenses for founding and establishing institutions.
