Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Primary/Elementary)
• Preference for candidates specializing in English or Mathematics

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an international school

• Experience providing learning support to low-achieving students
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and student development

Key Responsibilities

• Provide targeted learning support to students needing additional academic assistance
• Assist classroom teachers in adapting lessons and materials
• Support students individually or in small groups to improve learning outcomes
• Monitor, document, and report student progress
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student growth
